Privacy Policy

We, at Fasanis, value our relationship with each of our customers, and we appreciate the trust that you have placed in us. We recognize that you have concerns about the confidential personal information we obtain about you throughout our relationship. Because protecting your confidential information is important to us, we have adopted a privacy policy, which governs how the  information we obtain is used and maintained. We pledge to protect it and ensure that it remains private.

We do not disclose any personal information about our customers to anyone.  Fasanis does not sell personal information obtained about you to any other company or person for the purpose of marketing their products or services to you.

Policy on Animal Testing

It is the Policy of Fasanis that no animal testing has been conducted on any product bearing the Fasanis name.  Also, we only work with suppliers that follow this same principle.
Payment Policy

We use Paypal as our online payment processor.  Paypal accepts Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express cards.  You do not need to register with Paypal in order to make a purchase.  We think this is the safest way for our customers to pay for our products via the Internet.

Shipping Policy

We ship within 24 hours after placement of your order (Monday to Friday).  If we do not have sufficient stock for your order, we will notify you inmediatedly. 

We ship within the United States and Canada with USPS First Class and Priority Mail.  Items should arrive within 3-6 business days after order is shipped.  Please be aware that during special months like December, delivery times might be longer.

We also can ship international via Fedex or UPS.  Please send us an e-mail before putting your order to give you an approximate quote for shipping to your country. 

Fasani's is not responsible for any duties, taxes or other associated import fees that your country may impose.  Fasani's is also not responsible for any delays your product may be subject to once it arrives to your country.  Examples of such delays might be custom inquiries or searches.

It is the sole responsability of the buyer to know which products are allow into their respective country and what is not.  Also, the buyer should know what custom might require to approve the product.

Returns Policy

We believe our products to be of the highest quality.  Do the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on any of our personal care products such as soaps, lip balms and body splash. 

All our personal care products (soaps, lip balms and body splash) leave our store in perfect condition and are package accordingly.  We check personally each product before sending it to the USPS store.  We cannot be responsible for how USPS employees will treat that package. 

Regarding our handmade products, if you are not happy with your product you can give us a call and send it back to us.  We will refund the full amount of the purchasing price of your product as long as it is in the same perfect condition that we send it to you.  We cannot accept returns from products that are broken or used in any way.
